![]() The manual specifically lists Area 51 S-4 as a research site for alien craft. Navy yeoman Dale Bailey alleges he saw the SOM1-01 manual when he was assisting in the destruction of classified UFO material for an Admiral in 1976. ![]() The āzā letter is raised from the other text, indicating the printed document came from a hot lead printing press (appropriate to 1954) and not a more modern monotype press, which does not have the same problem with a raised "z." (The "z" button was not used as frequently as other letters, and unfrequently used letters like the "z" got crud on the brass slugs in the press, leading to the letter being raised above the others.) The raised "z" matches other Army manuals from the time. The only typo in the document is "dessicant" (spelt "desiccant"), suggesting the document underwent thorough, manual editing, but not computer-based editing, since a spell-checker would have caught the mistake automatically. Mex." for New Mexico, when the modern abbreviation is "NM." Similarly, the control sentence on one of the pages specifies "N. custom changed to lower case "first aid" in the late 1950s. Similarly "First Aid" was capitalized in 1954 but the U.S. The packing procedures spell out "screw driver" as two words, which was customary in 1954 but not today. The detailed packing procedures for recovered EBEs and craft specifically mentions Kraft tape (not duck tape), which is accurate to 1954 shipping methods. The manual was sent anonmously to Don Berliner in 1994, but the docs were sent as images on a film and the film was authenticated to 1954 based on its type (undeveloped 35mm Tri-X). But forensic analysis of the SOM1-01 manual strongly suggests it is legit: I don't know about the Eisenhower documents or other memoranda. The Cutler/Twining memo mentioning MJ-12 came from the National Archives, so the chain-of-custody/provenance argument suggests it is real. Sorry if a post like this has already been made before, I just couldn't find anything related that answered this question. Some people say these 1984 docs are fake, others saythe report was onto something. I know the document references something called MJ12 which was an alleged group/program leaked in 1984 that investigated retrieved UFO craft. That brings another question, what is the credibility of Richard Dolan? What do you guys think of this document? Is it legit? If something like this is real, its an absolute bombshell, and Richard Dolan describes it as the leak of the century for UFOs. In it a lot of interesting things are said, including claims by the program directors that the craft are certainly not of this world. TLDR of the report: Admiral Wilson looks into UFO special access programs and gets denied access repeatedly to look into something that should be under his jurisdiction, by both the SAP and the government oversight committee for SAPs (SAPOC). In it, they reference a strange few months Admiral Wilson encountered while trying to look into what the government knew about crashed/retrieved ufo craft. In 2019 a document was "leaked" called the Wilson memo which details a meeting between Admiral Wilson and scientist Eric Davis. Please report posts/comments which break Reddiquette or our rules.
